Dra Calsina Prat graduated in medicine from the “Universidad  de Barcelona” and completed her ophthalmic surgical training at the Hospital del Mar-Esperanza.

She became a Fellow in Orbital and Ophthalmic Plastic Surgery at the Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, Columbia University in 2010. In 2011, she returned to Spain and was appointed orbital and oculoplastic surgeon at the Hospital del Mar-Esperanza during 2011, at the Hospital General de Catalunya and in Oftalmovilaplana center in Barcelona.

She has specializing in aesthetic and reconstructive orbitofacial surgery and tumours. Research interests include eyelid reconstruction, lacrimal surgery, thyroid orbitopathy and small-incision aesthetic orbitofacial rejuvenation.
